Refund policy

  1. Return Period:

    • 14-day cooling-off period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK consumers have a legal right to return most goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, even if they’ve simply changed their mind. 
    • This does not apply if the product has been used.
  2. Condition of Goods:

    • Items must be returned in an unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
    • For clothing, the item must be unworn, and for electronics, they must be unopened (unless faulty).
  3. Faulty Goods:

    • If goods are defective or faulty please contact us immediately, consumers are entitled to a, replacement, or repair. This applies regardless of the 14-day cooling-off period and can extend up to 30 days for faulty items.
  4. Exceptions:

    • Certain products are exempt from the 14-day return rule, such as:
      • Custom-made or personalized items.
      • Sealed goods such as, gloves and helmets that have been opened.
      • Inner tubes cannot be used.
  5. Return Process:

    • To return an item please contact us so we can assist in returning an item to us via post or visit and drop of in-store.
    • You may need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
      For Electric scooters carriage is a considerable cost that we will not cover, Equally the initial delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. Refunds:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 14 days. The refund is usually credited to the original payment method.
    • Store credit can be provided if wanted.
  7. Warranty:
    Parts : No warranty is given on parts due to the nature that people may install incorrectly 
    Vehicles: All new scooters and bikes receive a 1 year warranty from date of order. This does not cover: Accidental damage, Water damage, ware and tare such as brake parts or tyres & tubes.
