We do this by training our staff to know all there is to know about the products we sell as well us understanding what the customer needs are. Any messages left on our chat box we will try to respond to as fast as possible as we understand your time is important. Equally we try to push out orders as soon as they come in as unlike other companies, we believe you shouldn’t have to wait as a UK based company no one can beat us on delivery time.
A brief history about us.
Starting off in November 2017 we decided to test the market by importing a small amount of Xiaomi M365 having sampled the product and being blown away by the build quality.
Very quickly we realised we these were going to be the future of personal travel for commuting and leisure. We were the first British business to sell the Xiaomi m365 in the UK from our Brighton warehouse. Mid 2018 we decided to add a comprehensive list of parts and accessories to the range.
In December 2018 we became a LTD company and started to offer more of a product range as 2018 saw the electric scooter market explode around the globe with many new designs and manufactures joining the phenomena.
Having successfully sold a large number of the Xiaomi m365 and having only had 1 returned due to a customer hacking the firmware (not recommended) we are more than confident to offer a 1 year guarantee on the scooters* as they are bomb proof.
We intend to visit our suppliers early 2019 to vastly expand the product range to bring you the very best of what’s on the market.
*guarantee covers batteries, motherboard, frame, motor, electronics.
*Void: if firmware is hacked, battery case opened, charging cable cover removed, submersion in water.
*guarantee does not cover tyres, inner tubes or brake parts (replacements are available and we work hard to keep these items in stock).
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return to us unused within 14 days of delivery. However due to the size of the packaging and cost of shipping, we are unable to cover the cost of the return shipment. All scooters are visually inspected, power tested and serial numbers noted down (this protects us against fraudulent returns and we do not share the data with anyone).
Order’s made with a non UK Credit card will be asked by the DPD delivery driver for a valid ID on delivery, this is simply due to lack of card security outside of the UK. No ID = No delivery.
All ‘next day’ orders placed before 4pm will be shipped same day. For our free 48 hour service the order must go through before 1pm. Any orders later than this we will try our best to get out but we cannot promise 100% fulfilment after those times.

Next Day by DPD. Full tracking and signed for service. Please download their app for further options (ship to shop not available on scooters due to the size of the box). We recommend delivery to your workplace if you are not going to be in. (leave safe is at your own risk and we do not recommend it on high value items)
Brighton & Hove City and local area, we will deliver to you directly. We will even upgrade you if you purchase next day to same day if the order is placed before 4pm.
We are based in Brighton and have ambitions to open a Highstreet shop this year. In the meantime, we run from our warehouse. If you would like to collect directly from us you will need to provide a phone number.
